Fundraisers

We are getting together our first round of schools, NPO's, and groups doing a Higgy's Ice Cream fundraiser. The program is called "We All Scream for Ice Cream". I'm very excited about it, and know we'll be able to make a significant contribution to our community.
Here's a breakdown of what we have available:

Restaurant Fund Raising Night at Higgy's Ice Cream Shoppe in the Westminster Promenade
On a day of your choosing (Mon-Thurs) during a set time (5pm-10pm), we will donate 20% of the proceeds to your cause. Marketing materials will be prepared in a .pdf format and emailed to you. These can be printed out by you and distributed in anyway you see fit. Feel free to come in early and hang artwork, banners, decorations that you would like. We also request that someone from your organization be present during the entire fundraiser to help scoop ice cream. If your organization chooses to do another fundraiser the compensation will increase to 25% of sales.



Tour the Higgy's Creamery
 :10 individuals per tour will be invited into the Higgy's Kitchen to learn the basics of ice cream making, baking, sanitation and ice cream history (30-45min). The experience can be tailored to a variety of age groups. Multiple tours can take place in a day. Complementary ice cream and baked goods are included in the tour price. Each tour costs only $30 or $3/ per person (Tour minimum = 5 people).



We all Scream for Ice Cream
: Coupon pamphlets will be issued to your organization containing an array of freebies and discounts at Higgy's Ice Cream Shoppe. Participants will sell the pamphlets for $20 each. Your organization will receive $8 for every pamphlet sold. Prizes will be awarded to the top sellers and a free ice cream party will be held at Higgy's for your participant’s hard work.



Ice Cream Social: 
Higgy's will cater an ice cream social at a location of your choosing. Higgy's team members will sell ice cream, baked goods, candy, soda & coffee. The menu will be as follows;
Ice Cream (5oz) - $3
Brownies, Cookies & Candy - $1
Soda (20oz) - $2
Coffee (16oz) - $1
 your organization will receive 15% of all proceeds.

Higgy’s at Home
Certificates good for 4 pints of ice cream will be issued to your organization. Each certificate costs $20. $5 of every certificate goes to support your organization. Pints can be picked up at the shop or delivered to your door.
